Shipping and returns

If you wish to return an item, you must call us before returning it. We recommend that you insure your package in case any damages occur. Items returned to us that are damaged in transit will not be refunded.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging. They must be returned within 15 days from the date of your receipt of merchandise to quality for a refund. Items returned after 15 days from the date of the receipt will not be accepted.

If an item is returned and approved for return, we will issue a refund to the original credit card for the original amount paid, minus certain charges, which may include but are not limited to shipping and handling, restocking fees, and other charges that may have been incurred.

Cancelled orders

An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. For orders that have not been shipped, you must call us within 2 hours after placing an order. Orders canceled by email or voice mail will not be accepted.

Items damaged during shipping

If your items have been damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. We are bound by and will abide by the damage policy of the carrier we use. You must retail all packaging materials for inspection as well as packing materials. Any verified damaged items will be replaced. We will not issue refunds for damaged items.
